1. What wedding photography services do you offer?
Real Wedding Apulia covers the entire day: preparations, ceremony, couple session, reception, and evening party. Additional services are available: second photographer, ENAC-authorized drone, video reportage, engagement and post-wedding sessions.
2. What is your photography style?
We mainly work in a natural reportage style: no forced poses, minimal interference, focus on authentic moments.
For couple portraits, we adopt a guided but flexible approach, emphasizing spontaneity and making the most of the location.
3. How many photos do you deliver and in what format?
We typically deliver 600–900 photos for a full wedding, in JPG format. Images are provided via a private online gallery and, upon request, also on USB or printed album.
4. What are your delivery times?
The complete gallery is delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Engagement sessions are delivered in 4–6 weeks.
During peak season, delivery times may vary slightly, but we always communicate them before signing the contract or agreement.
5. Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes.
We produce handcrafted albums with professional binding and fine-art printing, available in various sizes and materials.
All prints are made using certified paper in a professional lab.
6. How do you handle photo backup and security?
All images are saved to two memory cards during shooting and then archived across three separate backups (local server, external drive, and cloud).
No files are deleted until the album has been delivered.
7. How do you manage unexpected events or bad weather?
We have an alternative shooting plan for every location.
In case of rain: we use indoor spaces, covered verandas, and artificial lighting.
In case of strong wind: we reschedule or adjust the most aesthetic sessions.
Wedding coverage is never compromised.
8. Is a second photographer available?
Yes, on request or for weddings with over 70 guests.
The second photographer covers additional angles, details, and simultaneous moments (e.g., preparations of both partners).
Having a second photographer also provides extra assurance.
9. How do I book your service?
Introductory meeting or video call → Define the package → Sign digital or in-person contract → 15% deposit to secure the date → Final payment by the wedding day.
10. What is the price range of your services?
Photography services start from approximately €1200. Additional costs apply for albums, videos, and extra services.
11. Do you work throughout Puglia?
Yes.
We cover Lecce, Brindisi, Taranto, and all Salento locations (Ostuni, Polignano, Monopoli, Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, etc.).
We can also travel outside the region upon request.
12. How do you adapt to different locations?
Before the event, we analyze lighting, spaces, and potential challenges of the location.
On the wedding day, we arrive early to check weather, routes, and logistics.
Every shot is designed to highlight the venue, timing, and real conditions.
13. Do you also produce videos?
Yes.
We collaborate with professional videographers we work with regularly.
The video follows the same narrative reportage style, offering different formats such as Wedding Film, Trailer, Bonus Track, and Location Video.
14. Can packages be customized?
All services are flexible: album, drone, second photographer, video, photobooth, additional sessions.
The package is tailored during the consultation phase.
15. Do you require a contract?
Always.
The contract specifies: included services, schedule, duration, delivery, privacy, image usage, backup, cancellation policies, type of post-production, and retouching.
It serves as a legal guarantee for both parties.
